Join us for the ERPsim Finnish Championships 2025! This annual event is more than a competition, it’s a unique and fun way to learn, collaborate, and connect with the SAP community. Whether you’re a student, professional, or partner, this is your chance to shine in an immersive SAP experience.

How to Join

Form a team of 3-5 participants and register for the ERPsim Championships! The event begins with a breakfast buffet at 9:00 AM at the scenic Clarion Hotel in Helsinki. Get ready for an exciting day of challenges and teamwork!

This event is organized in partnership by SAP Finug, Centria UAS, ERPsim Lab and SAP.

SAP Finug invites User Members to participate in this exciting environment. Joining the ERPsim Finnish Championships is a unique way to strengthen team collaboration, test skills in a competitive setting, and showcase your organization to students and professionals in the Finnish SAP community. SAP Finug Partner Members can also register as an offician event partner and bring a team to play.

Practice Rounds & Prerequisites

Enhance your team’s skills in advance with mandatory online practice sessions using the ERPsim Manufacturing Sustainability simulation. Please mark the practice sessions to you calendar. Feel free to attend either one or both sessions:
- Mon, April 14, 2025, 16:00–19:00 (EET)
- Mon, April 28, 2025, 16:00–19:00 (EET)

No prerequisites required! Basic knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems is beneficial. Play the ERPsim from your own laptop – it's a "Bring Your Own Device" event. Teams can practice in advance, and details will be shared with registrants separately.

Registration

Participation is free for students and SAP User Organizations (Finug members), but spots are limited. Only one team per organization/institution can register. Official event partners (Finug Partner Members) may also register their team. Register your team here on Oppia.fi, where one person can kickstart the registration, forwarding vouchers to teammates via email. Sign up using work or school email address. Teams can be named later, so secure your spot now by registering below.

2024 Recap

In 2024, the ERPsim Championships reached new heights, with 20 teams and over 100 participants competing in a fast-paced simulation of SAP S/4HANA.
