NOTE! During the training, we will use the Minitab software, an essential tool for Lean Six Sigma projects. We recommend using your own laptop and acquiring the Minitab software. You can try the software for free with a 14-day trial license available on Minitab.com or purchase a license for the duration of the training. The license is not included in the training fee.

Target Audience
The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training is suitable for professionals who want to improve their company's processes and learn new methods to achieve significant improvements within a few months.
Content
The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training focuses on the most effective Lean 6 Sigma tools and techniques essential for process improvement. The training also includes approximately 30% "Soft Skills" methods related to change management.
The quality and content of the training and certification meet or exceed the requirements of the CSSC. The training follows the content of the international standards IASSC and ASQ BoK (Body of Knowledge), except for the rarest methods and tools.
The training includes, among other topics:
- Introduction: When, why, and how to use Lean Six Sigma
- Project Management: 12-step DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control)
- Define - selecting and defining the improvement project using various tools
- Measure - operationalizing project goals and testing the reliability of measurements
- Analyze - measuring process performance
- Improve - developing and testing optimal solutions to eliminate root causes
- Control - implementing solutions and creating a culture of continuous improvement
- Change Management: an essential part of all DMAIC phases
- Identifying and preventing project pitfalls using the Lean 6 Sigma management model
- The role of Green Belt in different phases of team formation
- Effective utilization of team members' roles
- Stakeholder analysis
- Using different levels of communication
- Managing resistance with various influencing techniques
- Giving constructive feedback
- Facilitating a DMAIC project
Training Schedule
The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training lasts a total of 9 days and is divided into four training sessions held over approximately three months. In addition to the training, we offer four hours of personal coaching focused on project management and supporting the certification process.
Prerequisites
No prerequisites.
To get the most out of the training, we recommend having your own improvement project during the training. You can immediately apply what you learn in your own work environment. You can also choose your project after the first training session.
Certification
At the end of the training, participants can become certified by getting their project work approved. Upon meeting the requirements, participants will receive the prestigious Council for Lean Six Sigma Certification accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Certification and personal coaching are included in the training fee.
