Introduction Sam Rosbergen:

Sam is a manager who does IT differently and has a very outspoken opinion on how to run organizations. Growing up in an era where “do as I say” in IT, he soon noticed that he did not like this approach. This motivated him to be and act (manage) differently. Sam sees patterns in cultural history, technology and organizational evolution. He combines these patterns and best practices from psychology, performance management and customer support to provide organizations with practical and efficient ways to undergo digital transformations. After over 20 years of managing transformations in enterprise environments he is now ready for the next step in IT; using all the combined knowledge and patterns in his head to prepare for the new age of AI and integrated Cyber Resilience.
