Change Management Practitioner is a certification equipping you with the skills to become a trusted leader of organizational change, enhancing your ability to effectively manage, guide, and oversee successful change initiatives.

OBJECTIVES

In addition to building on the Foundation knowledge, participants of the Practitioner course will be able to:

  • Apply key principles to identify what those involved in a change initiative need to learn
  • Understand how to give effective feedback to support others during change
  • Use coaching techniques to assist change leaders at all levels
  • Recognize and manage different sources of conflict during change
  • Facilitate group collaboration and co-design for more effective change outcomes
  • Learn strategies to sustain change by leveraging organizational tools, adoption methods, and reinforcement systems to embed change successfully.

PREREQUISITES

Passing the Change Management Foundation exam is required before completing the Practitioner course.
