How SIAM has evolved and what role it plays in the era of digital transformation?

Welcome to the Service North Nordics 2024 event, the highlight of the year for professionals working in Service Integration and Management (SIAM). This year offers a unique opportunity to deepen understanding of the current state of SIAM and its advanced application across various industries.

The venue is the historic Stock Exchange Building in the heart of Helsinki, creating a valuable atmosphere for dialogue and networking. The day is packed with knowledgeable presentations, discussions, and insightful case examples provided by leading experts and companies in the field, such as Scopism, Sofigate, Wakaru, Tietoevry, ONEiO, and Apptio.

Participants will have the opportunity to hear and discuss current themes shaping the future of the industry. The program is driven through expert presentations, but also together with the participants. We have also allotted time for discussion after each presentation. To whom is the event aimed?

The event is aimed at everyone operating within the SIAM ecosystem – professionals in service management and service integration, service managers, procurement managers, as well as representatives of customer and supplier organizations. 

Influence resides in the collective

At the end of the event day, we will organize Finland's first SIAM community meeting. All event participants are welcome to join the meeting, as well as others who have joined the community.
