Christian Engelund is a heavily experienced IT administrator, with more than 20 years of working within infrastructure areas and the related processes, across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and currently is the Service-Line Manager for ITOM and ITAM at Guidevision in Sweden, as well as a Senior ServiceNow Solutions Consultant, focused especially around the areas of CMDB, CSDM, and data management. Christian is also ITIL v4 Managing Professional certified, and has had ITIL-certifications since 2005.
