AI Governance: The (AI) Factory Foundation

Ask ten people what "AI Governance" means and nine will picture a brake pedal. Policies, paperwork, and a committee that says no. This opening session flips that picture on its head.

Done right, governance is not the thing that slows AI down. It is the foundation that lets you speed up. It is what separates a handful of stalled pilots from a real AI factory: one that can mass-produce trustworthy, value-creating AI agents and put them safely into production, again and again.
